Returns

When will my order ship? [Top]

  • Once you place an order, it will be confirmed within one business day. Typical orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. In the rare event we are out of stock on the item you have selected, you will be notified via email. To check the status of your order, log into you account with the link on the top of this page.

What are your shipping options? [Top]

  • Rates for shipping are calculated based on the cubic weight of your package, your location and the speed of delivery. All shipments originate out of Southern California. Shipping costs are automatically calculated for you in your shopping cart as you place your order.

    At Picnic Trend, we ship products via FedEx to the 50 United States (Military APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS). FedEx ground shipping takes 1-7 business days to arrive once it leaves our warehouse. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select (where available) will arrive on the next business day, 2nd business day and 3rd business day, respectively, from the date that it is shipped. Please allow up to 10+ shipping days for orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

    When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and you can use to track your order at www.fedex.com.

Do you offer rush delivery? [Top]

  • Yes. For an additional charge, you may FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select (where available). The package will arrive on the next business day, 2nd business day and 3rd business day, respectively, from the date that it was shipped.

Do you ship internationally? [Top]

  • If you would like to have your items shipped internationally, please contact info@picnictrend.com for a shipping quote.

Is my order secure? [Top]

  • As an online retailer, we are extremely aware of the issue of security. PicnicTrend.com is committed to the complete privacy and security of the information that you provide to us. Picnic Trend utilizes a number of encryption and security devices to make your shopping experience safe and secure. We utilize SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to secure your information before it is sent over the Internet. All of your personally identifiable data is private and is never shared with or bought by any outside organization. We advise all online customers to protect their credit card number by never sending that number (or your PicnicTrend.com password) via email. Our Customer Service representatives will never ask you for this vital information.

No external entity will be able to view your account information, your purchasing history, or your credit card number. Your personal information will not be sold, and you can withdraw your name and close your account at any time.

Do you offer bulk or volume order discounts? [Top]

  • Yes! Picnic Trend can offer incredible discounts on bulk and high volume orders. In addition, we typically can fulfill most bulk orders in a timely fashion due to our access to a large inventory and quick turnaround.

Can I get Picnic Trend items customized with Company or Team Logos? [Top]

  • Yes! Picnic Trend offers customization of most items with silk screening, leather patches, engraved trophy plates, laser engraving, embroidery, and foil stamping. Picnic Trend's reliability, consistent quality, and fast turnaround ensure that your needs are met quickly and accurately.

How do I contact you? [Top]

  • Please click here to contact us 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Alternately, you call us directly at 1.310.341.3208. If no one is available to take your call, please leave a message and it will be automatically transcribed and email to our customer service reps so that we can respond to your needs as quickly as possible. Our customer service representatives are glad to assist you with any questions.

When will my credit card be charged? [Top]

  • Your credit card will be processed upon your purchase and will be charged at the end of that business day.

Do you accept checks or money orders? [Top]

  • Unless it is a volume order, we are unable to accept checks or money orders at this time. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or Google Checkout.

Will I pay sales tax? [Top]

  • Orders shipping to addresses in California are subject to California state sales tax.

Can I make changes to my order? [Top]

  • Orders are processed when received. To make a change, please call us at 1.310.341.3208 or email us at info@picnictrend.com as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

Returns

What is your return policy? [Top]

  • We, at Picnic Trend, are committed to your full satisfaction with your purchase.
    • If an item is returned within 30 days of receipt of goods, we will refund you the price of the unopened product(s) upon receiving the item(s). Items must be received in unused condition.
    • Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product.
    • Items received as a gift (paid for by someone other than you) can be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
    • We do not accept returns on sale items. All sales are final.
  • Please contact us at 1.310.341.3208 or email us at returns@picnictrend.com within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be making a return before sending anything back.

    IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. Items must be received in new/resalable condition for a refund.

    Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a refund or store credit for the price of the products you returned (including tax, if any). If you paid by credit card, we will charge-back the amount to your credit card.
