Picnic Trend will accept returns within 30 days of the receipt of goods for a refund.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the returns unless otherwise facilitated by a Picnic Trend representative. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, and accessories. Credit will be issued for authorized returns upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Credit will be applied for the product cost only (shipping costs will not be refunded).

For security purposes, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) and retain your receipt. Picnic Trend cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
